There is no deadline
Can an attendee extend the dates of their reservation to arrive early or stay additional nights after the congress?
The booking window allows for reservations 3 days before the beginning of the event and 3 days after its end, subject to hotel availability.
Is a credit card required to book?
Yes, the credit card is only requested to guarantee the booking; no deposit is charged at the time of reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
This is at the discretion of each individual hotel; delegates should check the hotel’s specific cancellation policy.
How does a guest modify or cancel their reservation?
Reservations are managed directly by the guests, who can contact the hotel for any modifications or cancellations.
When will the guest’s credit card be charged?
The credit card is only used as a guarantee. No transaction occurs on our portal; payment details and timing are agreed directly with the hotel.
